Common errors

Copy to athlete programme

Tick exercises in the Library, then copy their linked names or download an Excel-compatible HTML table. Paste into Excel using normal Paste, not Paste Values.

Rich hyperlink clipboard support varies by browser and iPad Excel. If pasted links are lost, use the downloaded HTML table opened in Excel, or copy from the original workbook.

››

This calendar belongs to the selected athlete. Define preparation cycles here; they are available in the athlete workbook.

Each cycle has its own workbook tab. Workbook edits are saved for this athlete only.

Session feedback

Log actual work separately from coach prescriptions. A coach can review this record; athlete sign-in permissions will be enabled when database access is configured.

Backup and export

Export the current exercise database. CSV opens in Excel and includes URLs and classifications. JSON retains all portal fields for re-importing to this prototype.

Current limitations

Private coach access via Supabase Authentication and Row Level Security. No athlete accounts or live publishing yet. Exported CSV contains URLs; it does not recreate formatted clickable Excel cells automatically.
